If you send a lot of removal orders to LDR you should consider using the Removal Order Detail Report in Seller Central to do it. This will enable importing dozens or hundreds of removals at once, and it only takes a couple minutes.
You should do this process at least once per month. If you've setup shared Seller Central access, LDR will do this for you periodically on an as-needed basis if you have a service plan with us.
You will need to log into Amazon Seller Central and navigate to the Reports section. You can also click this link.
On the left side of the page near the bottom you will see a link that says “Removal Order Details”. Click that link to reach the page shown below.
Select the timeframe since you last performed this process. It is okay if generate a report that includes orders you've already sent us. It won't hurt anything.
Then, click “Request .txt Download”. After a few moments Amazon will generate a file you can download.
On LDR's web portal, navigate to Requests → Send to LDR, and click the link that says “Import Removal Order Detail report” as shown below.
Upload the Removal Order Detail .txt file you downloaded from Amazon as shown below.
LDR's web portal will import all of the included removal orders and show you a list of what was imported.
The Removal Order Detail report lists how many total items you asked Amazon to remove, including items they decide not to ship or simply fail to for various reasons. That means the Item Quantity you see in LDR's webportal will often be lower than the total number of items Amazon actually ships.
The Removal Order Detail report does not include the ASIN or UPC of the products. If you are sending us products using this method it's very important that you keep your LDR SKU Catalog updated so we are able to accurately identify, inspect, or refurbish your items when they arrive.
